  1. Is not recommend to buy unit in entrata
    You cannot use the swimming pool u have to pay 500 per person per use
    You cannot use the gym also u have to pay
    No directly elevator going to the unit floor u have to pass in crimson hotel u need to walk about 300 meters br u reach the main lobby and elevator
    The monthly dues is to high 1,500 per sqm monthly so if u have 36 sqm times 1,500
    The electric meter was centralized u just have sub meter so the bill was high rather than meralco bill
    The property management is not friendly to the unit owner. Im a unit owner and planning to for sale my unit..
